I think the food is quite good: tasty but not over the top, especially the pastries I so love. I had the torta chilena and the tres leches; both quite yummy. My mom and aunt both had the pollo oriental sandwich. One thing I would definitely recommend is for the servers to check up on customers at least once during their stay just in case they might want something else.

If you're in the area, I'd recommend going to any other restaurant in Lincoln Plaza. Food is ok, not worth the price you're paying, and the service is terrible. Our server forgot our orders and took its time to deliver our food. He didn't check on us constantly even though we stayed there for at least two hours. Finally, had I not asked for a detailed bill prior to paying, the restaurant would have gone ahead charging items we didn't order. Always ask for the bill and confirm all items in it! The woman who helped me kept trying to minimize the extra items and I had to question her multiple times before she decided to remove them from the bill. Overall, very disappointing experience.

The service is very good. Very attentive and efficient. The food was just ok. Some dishes were very good, others were lacking. The roast beef sandwich needed more roast beef. One side just had 2 small pieces of a slice and a lot of bread. The stuffed chicken breakfast was very tasty but the portion was a bit small. The chicken taco appetizers were very good.

This chain offers great food at great prices and the food is extremely good quality. The presentation is top notch. Their cakes and coffee drinks are fantastic, and their lunch offers are great just remember their portions aren't gigantic their just right. They also have a healthy options menu and their locations have guest wifi. They have friendly staff as well great experience overall.

Food is not the same as it used to be and prices have increased sharply. A bit of a mess when waiting in line for a table as not clearly indicated where you should wait for a table or where to wait for take out/payment. Suggest to visit on weekdays to avoid it.
