This is one of the more convinient locations. Spacious indoor and outdoor seating which is nice and inviting. Service is a hit or miss. Employees are friendly though. One thing that bugs me is the one and only garbage bin outside is almost always(no exaggeration)overfilled. From morning to evening. Whether I pull up early morning or stop by in the evening, that bin always looks like this. It doesn’t fit, being one of the nicer Starbucks in the area.
Not sure what is going on with this location but they have lost my drink order threw visits in a row. My wife had her hand burned due to the Starbucks employee just placing the lid on a cup of very hot coffee.
Don’t have your employees clearly touching their faces and mouths while handling food! I had a very unresponsive person at the drive through, and she wandered off to go chat with her fellow employees while clearly touching her mouth and her face! Then she returned without washing her hands before handing me food items!! In the food service industry there has to be some level of respect when handling food items for others, this wasn’t it. On top of that I felt she wasn’t very polite, so it’s just a huge turn off and I will be unlikely to return to location if these are the standards.
