Great food and excellent value. We were pleasantly surprised how good the Greek salad was. Service was excellent and it's a friendly atmosphere highly recommended. Good beers too and we are picky!

I came across Anne's review on Google Maps and decided to visit this restaurant. We drove from Cape Town and arrived at 8:40 a.m., feeling hungry and tired. The waiter greeted us warmly and the food was amazing. In fact, I would say it was even better than some of the steak houses in Cape Town! The mushroom dish was cooked to perfection, the medium rare steaks were just right, and the chicken wings were a hit. The chef even gave us larger portions than what was on the menu. After a day of drinking, this meal really put a smile on my face. Thank you to the friendly host for a wonderful experience!

This will be my first time giving a 5-star rating, everything was absolutely fabulous!! This is the third night in a row that I have eaten here and I can honestly say that they exceeded all of my expectations in terms of taste, affordability, and service. The Mutton Curry was absolutely delicious (the best I have ever had), the Pizza made in a real wood stove was amazing, and the chicken armchairs had just the right amount of everything. Well done. We will definitely be returning to Kroonstad.
