Well seeing as I didn’t bother waiting around for someone to take my order after standing there for 15 minutes, I can’t really comment on the food. But the service is horrible. 15 minutes, I’m the only person inside the restaurant, and the worker with a large beard just kept taking drive thru orders. He didn’t acknowledge me at all, didn’t attempt to say a word. Not even a “Hello, I’ll be with you in a minute” nothing. Just glanced at me as he got a drink ready and bagged food for the drive thru customers. Then proceeded to take another drive thru order. As I left there was only 1 car in drive thru (2 had went through during the 15 minutes I stood there) This is a constant battle just to have someone take your order at this location. Respectfully, making a customer feel ignored is the quickest way to not have customers return. As much as I was CRAVING A&W, it’s not okay to ignore customers and make them stand there waiting 15 minutes just to have their order taken when there’s no one else in the restaurant and it’s not busy so I went and spent my money elsewhere. Unfortunately this wasn’t the first time, or even second time where I’ve walked out due to this same problem.. I don’t have high expectations for fast food joints; but I’d expect to at least be able to order food to eat. Customers are better off going to KFC across the street for, or going to Red Barn just down the street. If you’re going to wait 20+ minutes to eat, may as well splurge on a restaurant burger versus fast food burger.

I don't get the whole burger industry thing about naming burgers after people or royalty but this franchise is consistent with quality, price and service, and Alfred and Walter... Thanks dudes! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tables and chair were old and worn out. Looks like crap.. the finish is so bad that the wood of the table is showing thru. I can scrap it with my finger nail...disgusting! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
