Would like to say they forgot something I payed extra for on the burger.i was halfway home to wetburn before I got into the burger and was upset I didn't have time to resolve this. Check before leaving to make sure your order is correct, partially poor rating for not being able to use the app for the coupons really kinda sucks too.
Stopped in here on a road trip, got a couple burgers and the line was backed up a bit inside on an early friday afternoon. Food was still fresh and the service was pretty good.
I drove home without checking the bags, only to realize that they had forgotten to include the burger in the kids meal and an order of fries for one of the adult meals. It was a huge disappointment to pay a high price for fast food and have half of it missing. I was the only person in the drive-thru, so there should have been no excuse for the mistakes.
Just ordered a teen combo from here. And my fries were literally still frozen. Not good at all. Do not come here.
Saddened by how SOME of the staff treats customers. The customer service there is not it! Not sure if it’s a personal issue but I do see there is another review on here with a similar experience mind you this isn’t the only time we’ve had a bad experience at this establishment I, my mother, nephew decided to go through the drive thru for breakfast around 10am We noticed other vehicles had been waiting and just decided to leave which seems to be a thing at this place. We decided to wait, talked about what we wanted at the speaker but no one had taken the order yet then a worker comes out with a note that says “no eggs, just lunch” okay, no eggs. Let’s just get something else he goes back in, we wait and nobody answered. so we drive up to the window. We ask “hello are you taking orders?”. The worker says “ yes but our system is down” talking about the intercom then shuts the window. we wait and notice he’s packing up breakfast so I told my mom “let’s just go inside”. She pulls around the front and as we were walking in another vehicle pulls up to the drive thru. Nobody answered so I thought I would walk over and tell them it’s not working. As I get there the worker starts speaking on the intercom and offers to take the order. So by that point I’m very confused. I go in and ask about everything and the worker very rudely pointing telling me to read the sign and that he doesn’t want to argue about anything. At that point I’m just annoyed and tell him to take my mothers order. I did not get the name of him but he is a Tall,Fair skinned, individual with red hair dark glasses.Do better A W!!
