Pancheros Mexican Grill - Moorhead

My significant other and I visited this restaurant on July 30, 2021, during a unexpectedly long lunch break. The two gentlemen working at the time were extremely positive, professional, and efficient in taking everyone's orders. Despite being the only two employees, I was impressed by how well they maintained their composure and even engaged in small conversations with customers while apologizing for the wait. These two workers were excellent! This was my first time at a Pancheros, and now I am looking forward to returning.

Good Burrito! Place was clean and the chefs were super nice. Hopefully they will add a changing table in the bathroom

Food tasted great, location was clean, and the staff was friendly... The wrapper they use on the Burritos was a big problem today. It stuck at my tortilla and made me a picky eater. This led to the fact that the film separated from the newspaper, much time picked up small pieces, and a lot of tortilla with it, so it really messy in the car. I think films would only work better? Even delicious food.

I eat here quite often as I work nearby. Usually the food is awesome. I ordered the shrimp burrito bowl today, as I have done in the past, via mobile order. So bummed that they burnt my shrimp. The whole bowl smells like burnt food and the shrimp have a not-so-nice charred taste Edit to add: Pancheros has reached out to me and was very timely and helped to rectify the situation. Just because of one bad experience I won’t stop eating at Pancheros and will always recommend them.

Food was great! Store could use a good cleaning though. Everything was really dusty and dirty.
