Marco's Pizza - Mooresville

Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable young man and the food was amazing. We had an extra large magnifico and 15 wings was enough for 4 adults!!!! Super Good!!!

Ordered a galic sauce and instead I got ranch. Food was great even tho it got delivered 1/2 hour later than they said. Still have them a 5 star.

I love their pizza but the service has just gotten worse and worse this past year. Frequently forgetting sauces, salads, or even just delivering the wrong items. Today we ordered cheese breadsticks with double marinara, and a garden salad with double Greek dressing. We got a salad missing half the ingredients, no dressing. Cheese breadsticks and no sauces. The last time they forgot our salad. They asked if we’d like a refund or the driver to bring it. We asked if they could bring it. Never showed up.

I use to tip my drivers good now the company ask for you to give them tip when you pay. I don't tip base on buying I tip on performance out the people if they continue this I will not tip any company that thinks its mandatory for a customer to tip.

Overall, it was an average experience the customer service was decent but the food wasn't as good as I had hoped!
