Mcdonald's Moorebank

They have perfected the technique of using the drive-thru waiting area to make it look like they are efficient with their drive-thru timer. While they have cars waiting in the parking lot because the waiting area is full, they take their time preparing the orders. I refuse to wait for a Happy Meal, especially when there are no cars behind me. They may be manipulating their statistics, but I won’t sit in the parking lot for my food. If they are truly busy, they should focus on improving their speed. I ended up canceling my order within 30 seconds after being told to park and wait.

Good location easy parking, always busy during the daytime.

Even if I were to die of hunger, I wouldn't even walk a foot. they have been hired for years and the people they have hired do not even know how to work. I have ordered cones. it was a 20 minute waiting, the girl took the cone with her fingers and went back and forth with him, then she put the cone back and had no idea what to do. she got the cone again and repeated the same. she had made the cone after 20 minutes and she only did one thing if it should be 2. she made it and left it on the counter and went away. I looked at it and went away was not even worth eating for the waiting period. I wouldn't go back there.

What a sweat of a maccas I understand that they can not expect much of 12 years to make their food, but how hard is it not to burn their chips and nuggets, no pickles on my cheeseburger and give me the soak with my nuggets and around it all, they gave me standard cola instead of coke zero all at 2am. I've seen the kids who work here at night and they've got the worst. if they are looking for a late food in or around moorebank, they avoid this place.
