I had a manager tell me “she’d do it for me this one time..” umm no I paid full price for a correctly made drink that was made incorrect SO I’m just getting what I paid for. The customer is completely and 100% ENTITLED to the advertised drink that they intended on getting when paying. The employees and managers need to be on the same page about not only the ingredients put into the drink, BUT ALSO the order in which they are supposed to go in which affects the quality and flavor of the drink ordered.
It’s is Starbucks so you are paying a little bit more but still everything is great there especially the atmosphere!
