The restaurant has 8 staff members who all seem inexperienced and have a lack of knowledge about customer service. There is only one serving counter, and the staff members, who appear to be sulky and immature teenagers, don't seem interested in providing good service. The restaurant needs to improve its customer service skills before they start losing more business.
