Subway - Moody

Sad part about this is, is I can’t leave a 0 stars. I went in and the larger heavy set female with glasses lied to me and told me that the new chicken bacon ranch is the exact same as the old one, except more cheese. She failed to mentioned the extra 3 dollar charge for it. Then she made my wife’s pizza and grabbed a figure pinch of cheese, when asked to add more, she complied but charged for extra. This employee is worthless. She lies to customers and garnished toppings to when you have to request extra and then charges you for it! When i told her something was wrong, she would only apologize and say look at the receipt. Snarky attitude, lying, worthless employee. Is that who you really want at your store!? Some highschool kid who don’t care About YOUR BUSINESS! We will not be coming back to this store and I’ve sent in a complaint to subway, for whatever good that will do. What. A. Joke.

Footlong size was too small, I had a tray And the sandwich was individually wrapped I did not like that

Went by to grab s sandwich. The subway artist was missing today. Ut out an APB . Immediately upon entering they tell me out o capicola. I ask they jokingly why are they still open? Call the boss and let him know. So after much consternation and so few choices I go with the #3 the monster. I mean with name lkike that it has to be big,right? Wrong. It is a Minnie me if a sandwich. Small. Really small . Like shriveled in the pool . Still pricey $12 plus dollars for meal. I would complain to the owner but he is trying to find capicola

One lady behind the counter was upset that I asked her to crisp the bacon before she put it in the sandwich. She made a scene. The manager was very nice, and even helped me carry out my very large order. When I got home, the bacon was still half raw.

Friendly staff, clean store, great product. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is hrs of store states they open at 9 am. I arrived at 9:57 am and doors were locked. Employee did catch me as I was getting back in car and I was able to order, but store was not yet ready for service.
