Green Mountain Pizza - Montverde

Yo sup Yelper...live in the area or are visiting Montverde and looking for a good local pizza joint? It 's not like there 's much around this area, right...however this little spot is doing it right. I 'm picky when it comes to pizza and this place did not disappoint. A large half cheese/half pepperoni pie was freshly made in a reasonable amount of time. The first thing I noticed was the crust. Check out the pic just a very nice thick crust all around. And the pepperonis weren 't greasy. Crispy crust just a great pie. The wings were good, not great. I ordered the hot wings and they were spicy and crispy, they just didn 't have the flavor to Wow me. Again; good just not great like their pizza, but that 's not changing my review. Still a great place. And I 've heard their sandwiches are good. Keep it up Green Mountain which is what Montverde means in Spanish BTW. In the infamous word of Arnold Schwarzenegger Ill be back ....you should as well. Later peeps...

Stopped in early on my last day in Florida with my aunt for some coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Now I didn't have an opportunity to try the pizza or wings but my aunt who is from Buffalo where they make the best wings said they're pretty good so take or leave her advice. That said the gentlemen running this place was very friendly and opened early for us. The sandwich was very good on a fresh crusty homemade roll and it was made with fresh cracked eggs, cheese, and ham. It was very tasty and I enjoyed it. Check them out for breakfast and certainly for lunch and dinner if you happen to be in this area of Central Florida.

The owner was super rude! Slammed our pizza down because we had coffees from next door. Not impressed at all

Amazing!!! Amazing!!!!! Amazing!!!!! This has a completely authentic Italian flavor too!!!! You must try this place and the calzones are out of this world!!! If you haven't come here yet...it's a must!!!!!! To die for!!!!! Did I mention the tiramisu?! Oh my my!!!! Thank you too for such amazing service. Even when you're crazy busy you manage to still deliver!!

Great pizza in a tiny location. We decided to eat in for our first visit here. The dining area was very small but the pizza was great.
