Restaurant a Chateau du Loir

I come here at least 5 or 6 times a year. They have a great lunch menu that is affordable and excellent and they have menu gastronomy that are often delicious. Even if you are full, which is often the case, because the portions... wrap, make room for the desert, which is often served with an ice or sorbet. The wine selection is excellent and you can choose your bottle directly from the shelf for a 10€ corking fee. When I write this review, I wish I was there and will try to go back as soon as I can.

It was a wonderful start on our vacation. The ambience, the service, the quality of the food was truly unforgettable. Very recommended.

Never been in this part of France. I think we found a jewel The hotel was the Grand in Chateau du Loire. We ate in a very nice courtyard and the food was excellent. I had boiled beef with potatoes 3... ways for the main It was perfect. The staff was brilliant, the wine was excellent. Two 3 courses with wine and coffee were around 70 euros. Good value for a restaurant worth stars.

Formal dining and menu was excellent. Despite language barrier ! the service was very good and food was simply excellent. A very enjoyable meal and a wonderful discovery.

The staff and food was excellent. They went out of their way to make sure we wouks be comfortable. The poisons are huge. The duck was delicious. And the beef was cooked to perfection. The desserts looked amazing but we were too stuffed to have any!
