So Morteau's sausage is a marvel and the tatin pie has the end almost made me go crazy for happiness so good. These are only examples because in fact everything is good!

To come to lunch in a small restaurant with a warm stay but in simple comfort conditions for a nice kitchen (organic egg, lentils of the Puy sausages of Lyon) but without certainty ... why not ... Nothing negative but we do not come to eat in fact ... We come for the boss and his knowledge of wines and his science of accompaniment ... And it's not that bad already! So, for a simple moment of pleasure, do not hesitate ...

Bar/Restaurant with a very good selection of wines at reasonable prices. On the restaurant side, the dishes are good and homemade, with artisan products of excellent quality, but unfortunately seem prepared in advance (see size of the kitchen) and heated.

Probably more passionate about wine than not gastronomy, mens are very basic, inventive but never bad. The service is amateur. No interest at most. an average family kitchen. Tiny tables and idoin seats and very uncomfortable
