Mcdonald's - Montrose

Forced to pull ahead for 15 seconds between me and the next car in line. My hashbrown was cold and limp. None of the food was made correctly! Go to clio instead at least you don't get inconvenienced so they can continue to be slow but get you stuck waiting for people to move out of line do you can get out of the restaurant. Don't expect napkins either they won't give you any.

The best McDonald’s in existence. Not the biggest fan of the remodel but I don’t dine in much anyhow. Still the best. Always fresh and great customer service

This location absolutely earned 5 stars. I only used the drive through but I can absolutely say I was thrilled with every bit of my stop.

So the new roll out, the remodel doesn't make sense. Ugly atmosphere and the biggest dumbest issue, no pop machine. For this restaurant it maybe makes sense, it's a smaller restaurant, the one in Chesaning doesn't make sense. Refills have to be done by the staff. So how are you saving money, also not that Im a environmentalist but, new cup and lid each time? Save the planet not. Not a fan. Great staff as always. But the remodel question my desire to return on top of the pricing.

We went through the drive through. The staff was friendly. Our food was disgusting. The fries were cold and really salty. The order was made wrong. We asked for certain condiments to not be put on our hamburgers and it was. I was too far away by the time I realized it.
