They never have what you want and you have to get there like 10 minutes after they tell you the only consistent thing on the menu is the sides and that's not even guaranteed
Came to this KFC last Monday at around 5:30. Never actually got served. Waited 15 minutes for someone to help us. While I was waiting a man asked for a refund for an order that he said he had been waiting for. Said he placed his order on the website. He came back in a few minutes later and said they refunded the wrong amount. They gave him money out of the cash register and he left. About that time another customer came in with his order and wanted his money back. Said chicken was raw. Since I hadn't been served yet and had now been waiting for over 20 minutes decided to leave. At least 2 other customers also decided to leave as well. I have to say it was a horrible experience.
The chicken tenders shrunk again. Oddly enough, the price went up.
Just went to this store, just moved here and have a large family and just wanted to feed my hungry children was offered a 10 piece meal and aske for the 16 piece family meal and was then told they had no chicken very confused i asked how i could get a 10 piece seconds earlier at which time they all laughed and said a large man in a car wiped them out of chicken. Nobody else was there not inside, not drive threw not anywhere. The workers really thought it was super funny and cool to basically lie and refuse to sell ius a dinner. I will never step foot into this place again, and i will make sure everyone i can tell knows what happened and takes their business elsewhere. I am beyond belief that this kind of behavior is acceptable in this store. Everyone that reads this please make them aware of my experience tonight and maybe choose a different option the disrespect and straight up lying and the fact they all just laughed and thought it was the greatest thing to do tona customer. As a business owner myself I would fire everyone on that shift and try to reestablish my name, and id be embarrassed beyond imagination for this. If i could leave no stars i would and i pray nobody else will have to feel the embarrassing horrific feeling we just had and if the owner is reading this or a manager please teach your employees to do better.
