At first I was skeptical when I saw the almost empty window knowing that the owner had changed.. The little bird made its nest and I said to myself that I would have a taste. The pastry is truly EXCELLENT. The flavor, texture and presentation too. Certainly the price is slightly high but you can be sure that the quality is indeed there. I leave a photo of the birthday cake that I really enjoyed (I hid in the kitchen to eat some more lol). A big thank you to the pastry chef for his expertise . I will try the salty one soon.

Home to review. Before the change of ownership the bakery was impeccable. Since the change, many new salespeople clearly need to be fired. NO PROFESSIONALISM. Fire the girl with colored hair who clearly doesn't like her job and criticizes customers 24/7 with her colleague. This will already give you many more happy customers just by sorting through the salespeople. Note that the sellers from before the change of ownership are still as welcoming (Sarah very friendly and the gentleman who was there also well before this change of ownership). And these are the same unpleasant salespeople who often make mistakes when ordering, I avoid coming when I see them in service. However, the food is not bad, but the biggest problem is the image you project with your employees. Unfortunately, the quality will not last long due to the mediocrity of these few sellers.

Very good meat and brioches, idem dried fruit bread. But we do too often the tail (and long! , the fault of a lack of personnel especially visible on Sunday, when people come to buy pastries

A good pastry shop, they always have a wide choice of pastries and pastries, good and affordable.
