This lovely pub is located on Plaza Saint-Hubert. What sets this place apart is their commitment to being zero-waste. All of their menus are vegetarian, with vegan options clearly marked. The vegan poutines and falafels are delicious choices. They offer a wide selection of local craft beers. Additionally, they have a stage at the back of the pub where they host various events such as music, comedy, and improv. The service is good and the staff is friendly. Personally, I go more for the great beer and atmosphere rather than the food. While I would give the food 3 stars, the concept of being zero-waste, along with the events and beer selection, make it a 4-star establishment in my book.

Ce pub est super cool. J’adore ça. Les bières sont géniales et la nourriture est délicieuse. Le poutine est le meilleur de la ville, pas de question! This pub is really cool. I love it. The beers are great and the food is delicious. You have the best poutins in town (also better than any strictly vegan place I was! It is a great place to go with omni friends for good food, great drinks and a cool atmosphere.
