Seul bémol, la musique rock qui agace l'oreille et qui forcent les gens à parler plus fort...causant de la cacophonie...
Fantastic food. Had the pork belly as an appetizer and the leg of lamb as a main meal. Food was exceptionally prepared and the service was excellent. A little out of the way if you are downtown but worth the trip.
We were six people and each one of us had a big wow factor. The starters, the main meal, and the dessert brownie with ice cream that we all shared were all fantastic.
Definitely need reservations. Service was excellent and food was exceptional. Locally sourced items on menu so always changing depending upon availability. Can't wait to go back
We dined here on a weeknight in July and not a free table was to be had! Thankfully, we booked in advance and were able to get four seats at the bar. I heard so much about this place, I thought for sure it couldn't live up to all that adulation. But, you know what? It does.My husband and I were glad to have spent $200 to dine here and that's saying a lot for us. We recommend it to one and to all. This is Montreal local-cuisine at its very finest.This is a tiny place with about 35-40 seats total including at the bar! Lots of old wood, marble. It's rocks a European market restaurant vibe.The wait staff and bartender were super efficient and pleasant. The menu changes daily and is never posted on their website Check their Twitter account for what's for supper. We started with a bartender-original sweet-tea-based cocktail that was divine. My first course was a cold broccoli soup that was luscious. My main was a Quebec-lobster linguine. My husband had a mixed starter that included a Panko-covered fried egg. We have never tasted anything like it. We split a bottle of wine with the couple we dined with. That was a blow. It was a $60. Out of the four of us, only I had room for dessert. The pecan pie with vanilla ice cream was heavenly.I would return again and again if I could.
