Since we were going to take the metro and bus, we asked for a bag. She gave us a paper bag and us that they do not give bags and that the next time, we won't get a bag. I was shocked. That is a great way to get rid of spontaneous customers who may not have a spare bag in their pocket. I live in the West Island and rarely plan ahead for meals so Sushi Shop lost a customer.

Very stingy and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF at the counter. I bought 52 pieces of a sushi platter, having some gusts tonight! I asked for some extra ginger. She first said "We try our best! "Isn 't this answer so STRANGE for a sushi shop?!! So I said ok and when I received my order, I realized it was way less than even a usual platter in this size should have! I am so sorry for you! Extra ginger is not a big deal! It 's not a gold! If you open a sushi shop, be open to prepare some extra ginger when people buying an 80$ order from you! Have some attitude for your customers and treat professionally!I wrote a complaint to their main headquarter, see if they really care to respond!First and last experience!Remember! You need your customers! It 's not the opposite!Don 't buy from them!
I wanted to try this sushi shop and was very disappointed. First the service is very lame. The cashier was stressing and rushing the orders. Don’t even know how to operate the credit card payment properly, makes me wait without communicating, he doesn’t even speak a proper English, going in circles and checking everything around him, like there was other stuff to do, instead of just finishing the transaction and move to something else. I ordered combo M and C, I asked the cashier what’s in the makis, he didn’t even know, he was pointing the menu. On the menu the combos were very different that’s why I took 2 different combos to try different combinations. At the end, after I left we opened the boxes my wife and I and realized they are exactly the same thing inside, kamikaze and avocado rolls in both boxes , we only had 2 salmon nigiris extras. That’s the only thing they added. Why would I order 2 different combos and finally have the exact sameThing inside, all that for 30$, this is ridiculous!They seemed to be completely lost and do the same thing over and over again. They just put the same makis and hosomakis to get rid of their inexperienced clients to help the next customer. Also I asked for a spicy mayo, the guy didn’t notify meThat there was an extra charge, didn’t have cash so he charged it on the credit card again for .86 cents. Im a big sushi eater and used to work in sushi restaurants regularly, and this is the most disappointing sushi place. I won’t come back. Also the sushi are blemish, nothing extraordinary about it. Very disappointing experience! Don’t go there! There are better sushi places than this one.
Second time I ate here recently and had vomiting and diarrhea afterwards both times.
