We had an early dinner and the waiter was able to answer all our menu questions with unfailing patience and a pleasant demeanor. We enjoyed the chosen appetizers (Fresh Tuk Tuk Rolls) whose peanut sauce was especially flavorful. We chose the Cha du Chef and Tofu Amok as main courses. The accompanying vegetables were perfectly cooked, and the sauces were delicate and flavorful. However the vermicelli and rice portions were oddly small, and the beef and chicken portions of my dish were way overcooked. As the waiter was alone to maneuver this small restaurant, it was difficult to let him know early that the meat part of the meal was unpleasantly chewy and tasteless. Nevertheless, he compensated the disappointment with a second order of tuk-tuk rolls. I would go back only if I were in the neighbourhood, and would try something else.
Great place, good service, best pad thai I have ever tried. Small place. We go there often. Very tasty
Very small restaurant located in the basement. We were here for dinner we ordered deep fried chicken wings they were tasty but their vegetarian roll was only ok. Main course was a chef's curry dish with beef, chicken, and shrimp with rice. Perfectly spiced. We also ordered a deep fried noodle dish with shrimp also tasty. Would come back.
Went there for lunch with some friends and had a great experience. This tiny restaurant (about 40 people fit Inside) was truly authentic. I had the red curry, which was spiced to perfection and delicious. The lunch menu goes for about 12$ which includes a soup or salad! I highly recommend the Phnom Penh soup for starters; the meat simply melts in your mouth. This restaurant is prefect for a business lunch or a casual dinner with friends!
The place doesn't look impressive from the outside but the interior is clean and modern. The Tom Yom soup was excellent and so are the kroeung-flavored dishes.
