Restaurant B & M - Montréal

I ordered the seafood Alfredo at this restaurant and was disappointed. The sauce was spilled all over the bag, and the shrimp were not properly cleaned. I could only eat two out of the three shrimp, as the third was too dirty. The sauce did not have any parmesan, instead it was a white cream sauce. It seemed like they used baby shrimp instead of regular shrimp, which I did not enjoy due to their strong fishy taste. Although the sauce was good, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the rest of the meal. Eating out has become very expensive, and this experience was not worth the cost.

I ordered an omelet with salami, hot dogs, peppers, and onions, specifically requesting no paprika. However, when I received the bill, I was surprised to see that each ingredient was charged separately as a custom omelet, resulting in a higher cost. The management did not understand my concern and I was disappointed that I was not informed of this additional charge for customization. As a regular customer, I felt undervalued and decided to take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of brunch spots in Montreal that prioritize customer satisfaction, unlike this one.

This family restaurant is really good. We ordered omelets, BLT sandwiches, and salads. The menu is extensive with plenty of options to choose from. The renovations are fresh and the service was quick and friendly. They also have a great selection of desserts.

After years and years in NDG this mainstay manages to keep up the consistent quality. Large menu avoids repetition. Great for families and friends.
