We always order pizza here and it’s always delicious! Friendly environment, definitely recommend this pizza place! We love it here

We had the pizza of the day. It's $10.99. Everything was good. enough cheese and toppings. It was made fast.

Ordered online for pick up at the Bell Farm Road location back on Monday April 17th 2023. The ordering process was easy and fast. Pizza was ready on time, we picked it up and headed home about 20km away. Once we got home and started to eat the pizza we realized one of them was wrong; despite having specifically ordering extra sauce on the pizza it had next to none. The cheese was stuck to the dough base with very little sauce between, it was incredibly dry, so much so that we couldn’t even eat the whole thing. I have pictures of what we received I wish I could post here. Waste of money.I reached out to Pizza Hut’s customer serviced via complaint on their website about the order that very night. Today is Friday April 21st 2023, no one reached out to me to offer any rectification or apologies. I did however, receive an email asking if I had been contacted to which I responded I had not.Just goes to show what kind of quality, integrity, and customer service Pizza Hut has to offer.

Ordered online and said we would pay cash at door. Driver showed up with no change, and wanted us to give him the $50 bill and he would come back later with the change!!! Lol Called the store and the guy says sorry, he had to use his change for gas. Felt bad for the driver if that is true, but the Store never gave him change, nor told the driver it was going to be cash. Never again!

Extremely friendly staff, always profession and punctual, piping hot pizza at a very reasonable price.
