Inside the restaurant is warm and cozy. Yes, you're not afraid of the spices of the dishes. They were designed to complement the taste that turns pleasantly around the mouth. The staff is friendly and very communicative so that your experience meets your expectations. We started with Bangkok rollers, crispy on the outside and hearty on the inside. In addition, she was fritted to perfection and did not feel oily. We continued with the seafood salad we ended in a breeze! This was our favorite dish of the evening; it tasted fresh with a sprayer from Tangy to increase our taste buds. The Manpu frying followed with a good amount of shrimp. While the dish was good and fulfilled our expectations, it did not feel so exciting after having the seafood salad. To follow the evening, we were served the crispy pig. With a spicy degree of 3 out of 4 we expected our taste buds to explode with spiciness. And that was not present. It does not take away, however, that we have fought this court again for the last bites. As for cocktails, we had the Bangkok Friendship and the Mojithai. The Mojithai is a perfect example of the duality of the brownish and sweet taste that this restaurant combines so well. We propose to keep a place in the restaurant instead of just popping up. This will give you a better chance to get a place in this delicious place.
The staff is attentive and polite. Beautiful ambience. The food was delish!!! The papaya salad is a bit spicy and tangy, but too good to miss. The Manpu fried rice is a definite must try. Would recommend making a reservation.
I went there Valentine’s Day weekend and WOW, this place is truly a hidden gem! Apparently they’ve been open for 10 years?!!! When I tell you that everything was absolute perfection!! From the service, the people, the ambiance, the decor, the drinks and of course the food!! My sister had told me to go there especially for the duck salad and obviously it did not disappoint along with everything else we had. The chef was also very accommodating with my egg allergy which was very appreciated! For a first authentic Thai food experience, it did not disappoint. Every single item was delectable! I’ll go back again for sure
Tom Kha Kai is exotic, creamy and tangy(in a good way). Tom Yum is also amazingly aromatic and flavorful. My partner loves Pineapple Fried Rice. The only thing is desserts are a bit overpriced, would be great either in a larger portion or at a lower price of around $10. Overall, nice food, nice place, nice staff. Will visit again.
The two of us went here last night, to celebrate my birthday and it was a great dinner experience ! We sat on the outdoor terrace at the back of the restaurant, in a very cute space. Our server was very welcoming.....like all the other staff....she spoke mostly french but did her best with a little English. The food was delicious, we shared our plates like she suggested we do. The dishes were tasty, some simple, but packed with flavour. We will be returning to this spot for sure, and bringing some friends along, next time to share the experience with. We had the BKK Rolls, Galloping Horse for starters Followed by the Stir fried dishes Pork Belly Chinese Kale and Manpu Fried Rice with Shrimps With the Mango Sticky Rice for desert Happy with our choices Thank you for a great evening .
