Great ambiance, great service, great food. I highly recommend it

I booked a seating for my friend and I. When we arrived we were turned away as there was a private event. When we presented (confused by the loud music), I asked if I was at Le Richmond she said yes, I gave my name and reservation time. She said, “no you don’t have a reservation, this is a private party”. I explained I did indeed have a reservation and showed her my confirmation as she was pulling up this site simultaneously. Quite frustrated and seemingly oblivious to our frustration at arriving at our reserved dining location for the evening, she said. Well that was supposed to be blocked off, you can just go eat at the Bistro. I believe she did murmur an apology That was that. We went to the Bistro and had an enjoyable meal with a wonderful server, William, taking care of us. The Bistro is a cool space that I would return to for lunch, a casual dinner or brunch. The little market was fun to explore as well I would like to try the fine dining restaurant at one point but will make a phone call to confirm the same oversight has not occurred again.

We were visiting from Toronto for This place looked beautiful! A little pricy but not a problem as you pay for the experience! However from the moment we arrive we were treated like garbage. We would never return and would not recommend. The attitude and incompetence of the staff out weigh the girls hanging from the ceiling.
