Full marks to Nathalie, Kevin, Marty, and company for discussing all aspects of the reception with us. Also thanks for giving us some freedom with our own decorations, inviting guests after the wedding supper, and more. We brought our own dj and he simply plugged in to the in-house sound system. We also appreciated the surround speakers in the reception hall and on the terrace for announcements, etc. The guests all enjoyed the meal. If the timing between courses could have gone a little faster, I would have given 5 stars. Staff very attentive...excellent service. My daughter, new son-in-law, and both our families couldn't be more pleased with the evening. We will be talking about this one for years to come.
We have attended many, many weddings. This was our second time at this venue and not much has changed. The venue is nicely located next to the water. And the parking is okay (well super narrow spots but located right next to the venue, and you have to pay). The interior is nice if you like the old, rustic, warehouse look. The setup is fine. For the ceremony, you can seat about 60 people. Everyone else, prepare to stand. The appetizers are okay. The beef skewers and the sliders were popular. Be warned. Eat as much as you can because the service is VERY slow. And there was this one waitress who was just rude. She took away my soup after I inquired whether there was cream in it. Did not even ask. Just whisked it away. The soup was watered down and bland by the way. If there was cream, they were really stingy with it. It took about 30 minutes just for the staff to take the orders. So. Soup. Bland. Bleh. Tasteless. Entrées were okay. If you had the salmon tartare. No dressing on the few leaves of greens on the plate. They served a little sorbet to clean the palate. And there was a wait of about 45 minutes until the main arrived. Really. That long. And. It was so not worth the wait. The salmon dish was dry and it was served with a bland white sauce. There was supposed to be shrimps there but we did not find any. The beef Wellington with foie gras was dry. And no foie gras to be found. The sides of vegetables and potatoes were undercooked and overlooked respectively. Lastly, the dessert tasted like a cake bought from Costco. Some chocolate mousse cake with a squiggle of some kind of red coulis. Not a coincidence that both experiences were similar. While the venue is centrally located and presents well, there is much to be improved in the service and quality of food.

Large terrace very quiet, just a little excavated from the city center. the menu offer is interesting, rather French cuisine. the proper service. the quality it, has declined and is disappointing on 50% of the dishes (seafarers not really mariners, steak too cooked for point, soft fries and without interest). desserts were good. expensive : $123 for 4 meals with a low-end wine bottle. and, parking isn't (more? it was a few years ago we all think. refunded as it is the only access to the restaurant except the street in front, without seats.
I went there a few times. The kitchen is not very wanted, but it is correct in what it offers. the terrace overlooks a parking lot, but if you cross it you will have a beautiful view of the lachine canal. the building is an old cotton factory, hence the originality of the place.
