Frite Alors! St Laurent - Montréal

Huge portions, good engraving, gluten-free. Fries are not too gay. Burgers are meh, Poutine is good.

I 've been before and loved it, this time it felt like the fries were not as freshly made as they should, overly crispy and way too many crumbs. Curds were also quite small. The gravy was top notch! They didn 't have the beer I was interested in having from the menu, and the one I got instead was rather flat, sangria, slightly watery. Service was a little slow, but I think it was because we were there on a shift change .

Frequent customer and the quality seems to me constantly going downhill. Ordered lunch today in the restaurant, relatively quiet, and still waited 15 minutes for a regular poutine. Got take out and the fries were cold and half cooked. Not sure how that can happen with such a long wait. Completely inattentive to details and happy to leave take out customers standing around for no reason. Lost a customer today...

Two stars for the lovely staff but for other elements no way!! I really dont understand why I paid 18$ for one mergez and large fries ? nothing special by the Fries ? this store should be a negative image about Belgium real fries! I was excited to try it after 2 years living in Montreal? i am really disappointed! The place doesn?t look like the pictures, the owners really dont care about his place.. too sad because the area is full of art and happy people !! I suppose he s not motivated from the pendemic and the increase rules from the gov? but this place should not be open also!!! Degeeuuuulassee

Very good place. A large range of poutine choices in the menu. All well served. The Burgers are very tasty and well presented. Fries are also pretty good. Fair wait time for good quick food.
