Ordered birthday cupcakes for delivery during grand prix weeekend. box of 6 were fantastic especially the red velvet, nuts/bananan and the oreo.

I had called ahead to confirm that they had a chocolate flavored birthday cake for a special occasion, but when I arrived they said they had it. I made sure multiple times that it was indeed chocolate, but to my dismay, it turned out to be vanilla at the party. The next day, when I called to address the issue, the cashier was unhelpful and sarcastic. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and simply said they didn't have chocolate instead of admitting the error. It was the worst experience ever, especially since I had specifically asked for chocolate numerous times. It's unacceptable to sell a cake as chocolate when it's actually vanilla, as they are two completely different flavors. They also ignored my attempts to contact them through email.
