Cafe Buongiorno - Montréal

I had a chicken and salad sandwich for my lunch at this restaurant, which is located in the beautiful area of Dorchester Square, just across from the tourist information center.

We came across this lovely cafe after getting off our tour bus. The cafe's terrace gave me the feeling of being in a small cafe in an Italian square. The menu had something for everyone, making it difficult for me to choose which Italian dish to try. Eventually, I decided on their famous sausage sandwich and a Brio for a true Italian lunch experience. My wife ordered a grilled vegetable salad and a wrap. The kids were delighted to share a freshly made Margarita pizza. For dessert, the kids had gelato, while I enjoyed a freshly filled cannoli with the best espresso I've ever had in the downtown area. My wife tried one of their cold coffee specialties, a treat for coffee lovers. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to make it our spot for lunch and dinner during our day in Montreal. And let's not forget their delicious sangria, perfect for a hot summer day! We will definitely return to this family-owned cafe, as it has a charming atmosphere and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Food was okay. I had a panini and my wife had a tuna wrap. But we needed a relatively quick bite, and they took longer than we would have hoped for. Staff didn't seem overly concerned.

We stumbled upon this beautiful cafe as we got off our tour bus . The cafe's terrace reminded me of a little cafe in a piazza somewhere in Italy.The cafe's menu has something to please everyone's tastes , I had a hard time deciding which Italian specialty to have. My wife had one of their cold coffee specialities, a coffee lovers heaven.We loved it so much we made it our lunch and dinner hang out for our 2 day stay in Mtl. Oh and did I mention they have a great sangria for a hot summer day ! Definitely would go back , this family owned cafe has such a charm to it and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a memorable experience.
