Brasserie des Rapides is the go-to spot in Montreal for delicious food and outstanding service. The servers are not only lovely and attentive but also exceptional all around.

We had a reservation, but the restaurant couldn't find it. I was there to celebrate a birthday as well as my engagement, and we never received a complimentary cake. I even paid extra to ensure we could at least have one piece of cake. For a total of $290 with tip, I felt a bit shortchanged. The food was good, but it wasn't exceptional; you could tell it wasn't their top-tier offering.
