Preceding days in Montreal i mainly ate poutine and all kind of burgers.I ordered a grilled steak with carrots and shiitake mushroom, french fries as side dish. The waitress forgot to ask which baking, luckily i got it the way i like it. I got nicely surprised with the dressing on the plate, the vivid colours, the taste! much better than i anticipated. A Cheval Blanc white beer as drink, finished with a decaffeinated latte. Enjoyed all of it!About 60 Canadian dollars without the tip.
The best ever, really tasty food and wonderful service, fealt like I had died and gone to food heaven
This is a wonderful restaurant. The service is impeccable, the food beautifully presented, and the sommelier knows her wine. We 3 had the pasta, the chicken, and the beef. Except for the beef, the portions seemed good. The beef was barely adequate. 2 thin slices of contre-filet & some vegetables ($26CAD) As with all Montreal eateries, the wine list is expensive but has a great selection of natural / organic wines they import themselves. Ours from Portugal and was excellent ($61 CAD) felt somewhat high. The staff were attentive and very helpful & they took into account the fact that we had a 7:30pm show at Place des Arts. Smart! All in all, a very pleasant evening
I visited the bistro les Accords for dinner and I had a great experience. I tried the beef tartare with fries and the veal with veggies. The wine suggested by our server was perfect. The dessert was just the cherry on top.I would go back and I would recommend to my friends and family!
Great for the small dishes which are almost works of art! High creativity and perfect execution. Service is good.
