Carte Blanche - Montrã‰al

We were seated minutes after our reservation. Our waiter did not make eye contact, address us, or give us cups of water until minutes after we sat down. We had to beg for bread. When our food finally came, they served us cold, supermarket quality foie gras and a single ravioli for appetizers. The entrees were equally unimpressive. I had never had a microwaved duck breast before and god help me, I never will again. The poor people sitting next to us had just as awful an experience. When our dessert finally came I gave it to them—they were so hungry after waiting for an hour (like we had) that they ate off a strangers plate. I have had better service at a food truck.

Excellent on the whole line. both at the level of preparation, goat and service.

Warm service, festive atmosphere. the majority of the dishes of the guests were excellent. One night, no fault.

It was excellent and very good. We will return to it if we are!

We receive an excellent service, quite personalised. The welcome is warm. their menu of the Fairies is really very good.
