Ordered my food on the machine. Then Beatriz waits on a woman at the counter register. My child’s nuggets come out and Beatriz gives my child’s nuggets to the woman after me. My child’s had to wait. Beatriz should get schooling on customer service!! Will not come back to this burger king!

The burger was cold, the attendance was nothing gentle and I see one other staff burnt with the oil and give one advise for putting in the cold water for recovery faster the bur , but the manager was rude saying isn't necessary anything because have burnt gel.
