Subway - Monticello

I had a fantastic dinner experience with my takeout order. The food was absolutely delicious, earning a perfect five-star rating. The service was also exceptional, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Even though I was dining at home, the atmosphere felt inviting and pleasant, contributing to an overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. At 8:50 AM, a very large woman with red, unruly hair was inside, on her phone with headphones in, despite the fact that the restaurant was supposed to open at 7. When we tried to open the door, she got up and began arguing with us through the window. We attempted to call, but the phone was unplugged. Having worked in the food industry myself, I am baffled as to how she has not been fired yet; it is clear that others have had problems with her as well. I believe her karma will eventually come back to her. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
