I ordered today, 11/22/21 a caption latte, came home, my fault, not to check it before it out, but it was helped a cup! a copper! for it is dead and only 4 people are terrible. seriously never a problem here before and the worse part of the coffee was not even for me! I tried to call, but the phone's off. that is completely unacceptable when you experience fast eating beforehand. I paid over $30 for my order.

It’s horrible you have to wait when there is no one in line for 15mins and then get wrong donuts?‍ Tried calling the store and no one answers! This is 3 rd time and I seriously hope owner and manager are aware of what is going on because no matter how many times you ask the employees to convey the msg they’re definitely not going to do that?? Just exhausted running back to store to change it!

I love getting my favorite iced coffee drink from Dunkin. I love using the app and I especially like getting the rewards for free drinks. I ordered a Caramel Iced Coffee with Cream try it ! It was delicious.

Recently every order is perfect, and fast friendly service. Compared to a few years back. I have become a regular here

It’s been awhile since I go to a Dunkin Donuts and have had my coffee done right. I order a caramel and blue berry iced coffee with cream only. We came to this location and went inside this time cause last time every order was done wrong or didn’t taste right. A lady working there took our order and they were all done wrong. So we mentioned it to her and did them again and still didn’t taste right. A gentleman by the name of DALE, took over and made sure that our drinks were made right. Thank you DALE for doing your job and caring about it! I understand many companies are under staffed and this generation doesn’t seem to care about their jobs. The facility was dirty and seems likes it’s getting away from them. Hopefully this changes soon, but thank you again DALE.
