Burgerfi - Montgomery

I love burgerfi montgomery. eating is not yet disappointed. they can sit the restaurant quality burger and fries, but much faster and in a more casual environment. the prices are somewhat high, but I think they are fair for quality. the shakes are amazing, my favorite is the oreo custard shake. the fries are generous portions and crisp and delicate. it is an à la carte menu, no combos. a couple could get the fries and drink, as there are refills.

Lovely experience! Great food, friendly staff. Chill environment. Bought the burger fi burger plain, and added cheese 1) and bacon (1.37 I believe. A dollar and something for the bacon. I attached pics of the food and receipt. WORTH THE MONEY. $9.34 for bacon cheeseburger. $3.87 for reg fries (which was more than enough). And Cocacola freestyle drink $2.77. Total was $17.58. And I enjoyed every dollar’s worth. The burger fi burger comes with 2 patties, so it’s very filling. The cheese was melty and delicious. They put a GENEROUS amount of crunchy bacon. I really appreciated the fact the bacon was chopped, so I didn’t have to fight with strips of bacon every time I took a bite. That was very thoughtful of them. My sister bought chicken tenders. She gave them and the bbq sauce a 10/10. I tasted them as well, and agree. They were tender, hot, and flavorful, as well as the other food. I RECCOMEND BURGER FI!

When passing through Montgomery, we usually stop at Red Robin but wanted to try this new location of BurgerFi. The young man who waited on us was exceedingly polite, checking every few minutes to make sure we didn't need anything. The food was excellent— BurgerFi has the best onion rings and fries anywhere!

Friendly staff, great tasting burger (CEO), great tasting truffle fries, great tasting onion rings. 3 stars because the burger looks nothing like the picture. There isn’t a whole lot of meat or toppings like the picture. I ended up taking off the top bun because it was mostly bread I was eating. The bread tastes great, but I want to taste the inside of the burger too. I would come back for the flavor, just know it won’t be as big or look like the pictures they have on their walls.

This is not our first experience with BurgerFi, but it may be our last. What we have learned is that when they are good, they are really good, but there is no middle ground. They are either really good or really bad. This location was terrible. While I did appreciate the fact that the order taker was wearing a mask (none of the people preparing the food were wearing them) , he got two of our burgers wrong and there was cheese on both of them. They were of course the burgers for our two youngest. They remade them, but the toppings were sparse. The trouble continued when my wife tried to get some mayonnaise from the dispenser. It was out, so I told the order taker. He went over to the machine without gloves or washing his hands and removed the lid. It looked like he was trying to massage the bag. His dirty hands were all over the dispenser including the tip where the condiment is dispensed. No mayonnaise for us after that. I ordered the breakfast all day burger. While I like eggs on my burgers, I also prefer them cooked. As soon as I touched my burger, the yolk erupted and created a soggy mess. This complimented the soggy hash brown cake that was on the bun along with the thinnest burger I believe I have ever eaten. I couldn't even taste the burger. The only thing that offered a diversion from the soggy pile of mush was the burned bacon that looked like it had been pushed to the corner of the griddle for a couple of hours. My son's beyond meat burger was good. Perhaps they should switch to a vegan menu.
