Plant Bae - Montgomery

I loved eating. I had a desire for vegan wings and wish I could go back. I can't remember the pricing, but it was worth it. Next time in town, I'll go back.

Loves this place I went back several times while I was there. Portions are big and everything I had was delicious! Plus the folks who own it are super nice. I would go here any time I am in town. Amazing vegan southern food.

I’m not in Montgomery often, so I had to make the most of it. They do use commercially produced vegan meat (Beyond) which a lot of snooty folks get mad at, but I couldn’t care less. Chili cheese sausage was incredible. Fried pickles were unbelievable. Plant Bae burger was fantastic. I don’t usually love a black bean burger (hand made in house) but this one may have changed my mind. I didn’t love the mac and cheese, but I live in a spot with multiple veg restaurants that make life changing vegan mac. I’m probably a little bias. It wasn’t bad by any means just not the best I’ve had. I ate it all in about 12 seconds so it will certainly get the job done. The Que Dabra sauce and ranch are both made in house and are so good. I would have bought a few 8 oz jars to take home for sure. Unfortunately, TSA sucks and giant, smelly [censored]. BTW, TSA is a complete sham and you should tell them that to their face every time you have to fly. Honestly, I have to drive back by Plant Bae tomorrow, so I might go a third day in a row. Absolutely wonderful experiences. I even bought a shirt. Updated from previous review on 2022-07-27
