We ate the classic menu Salad-friture of carp-millefeuilles, simply excellent with attention a thousandfeuille house! the staff and the boss are adorable, so I go back to taste the rest of the card!
Excellent carp frying, very nice old style restaurant, good service, to do if you are visiting the area.
The lion d’or recommends "carpes frites à discretion": carp (free of bones) with pommes frites and two homemade sauces, as much as you like! - first a small salad and then homemade milles feuilles (cream slices with celestials.) to this we enjoyed a wee out of the jura (also this is what we should not taste.) you can choose between the caffe (hospital) and the "salle à manger" (hospital.) the division of work was given: the chef in the kitchen - the chefin at the front. our neighbours have chosen cheval (pferdesteak) and were obviously also satisfied. in the mornings there is a menu at a reasonable price. we're coming back.
.and the price is true. we have once eaten the carp described here, the second time a steak de cheval. the portions are lush and well cooked - the meat was exactly as fried as desired. also the service was very friendly. a restaurant without a snuck, where the food is still in the foreground.
