I can't swear that, but the pizza in this restaurant is the best we ever had, and this includes very good pizza on many places. I'd say we came here for lunch and the pizza was just that. I'll take care of it being the lunch break. When we came in the evening, it was 'la bomba. '
So, we would probably give this 4.5 star. we had the quatro formaggi pizza and the bondiola pizza. both were good. our friends had the seafood pasta, really Italian al dente, nevertheless, delicious. update: we went back and got the quatro formaggi and the bondiola pizza. Now that we were in the last few years in montevideo to several pizza places, I would say that is the best so far. I think it deserves a 5 stars. this is Italian style and not the Uruguayan stye pizza, so I think most foreigners would prefer the pizza here. the prices are around 350 pesos. I recommend a reservation, especially for a large group.
Everything, brot, salat and suppe was fresh and good. really, this is the best we found in montevideo.
Mediocre describes the entire experience here: food, atmosphere, service and price. Menu was limited beyond pizza or salads there were 3 main dishes and 3 pastas. I had carbonara which had little flavor and was lumped together in a gluey mass. The server was alone with 8 or 9 tables and very overworked. Definitely disappointing overall
Wonderful food. There was no room downstairs so we had to go upstairs and it was really hot there. They brought a fan but it was really noisy. If we had been more comfortable I would have given it 5 stars.
