We were very happy to come in this humble hotel and restaurant. sure it is not the most modern, but it is authenticity is charming. we had a warm greeting from the family and an excellent meal that was good local cuisine and much of it....We would be happy to use it again.
The dessert is bad! the dish is not delicious! but the snake is beautiful. the wee is young. my friends don't like it.
We arrived after a long day of travel in this agriturismo and no one was able to welcome us despite a rough time of arrival. that was not ideal as we had a four-month daughter with us! it was probably an hour before someone arrived to check us out. they were very friendly and although their English was not present, the daughter was very good in English and helped translate! we checked into a small, but clean room together, I think only one is hosing. at this arrival we were very comprehensible what would be available for dinner, but when we appeared below, we were greeted outside a flowering environment where many natives had taken over the previously abandoned escapade! we had a local dish recommended by the waitress and the delicious wine from the weinberg. the menu had no prices and therefore we were a little concerned about the register card we collected! The next morning we were pleasantly surprised by an incredibly reasonable deal! after a good nights sleep, or as good as they could get with a baby, we had an breakfast. this was a selection of fresh fruit, meat (including tasty parma ham) and there was a lot of it. the perfect start for our long trip before us. provided they can be relaxed and go with this flow' that was a fantastic sound.
Historic farmhouse located between bazzano and monteveglio. excellent the first dish “Bigoli alla salsiccia” served perfectly to the tooth and with delicious sausage raggu; excellent cultivation (also called tigelle), perfect in this fatness to handle, cut in half easily and stuffed, made from a light paste, partly crispy and goose. very well then the fries that were little greased, of a just thickness, perfect to be filled. particular mention goes to the meats, which have particularly impressed me to be of the highest quality, with enviable sapidity (but exaggerated or annoying but on the contrary delicate and pleasant), structure and level of dressing! good sausage with beans, typical and gothous the Bolognese pesto. I think there's only a little bit of scars like the cheese of quantity. fast and attentive service. we had lunch in the open courtyard and we were really great, commensali on very satisfied. very nice and nice place, very clean and cozy. deserved higher grades!
