I stood at the counter for several minutes while multiple employees ignored me. Eventually, I decided to go around the counter to grab our drinking cups myself. I noticed several employees were busy on their phones. The drink fountain in the lobby was running low on syrup, but since I was already being overlooked, I didn’t want to stick around to be ignored even longer.
I have been visiting this restaurant regularly for over two years, but my experiences have taken a downward turn in the past few months. During my last visit, my beloved five-layer burrito was barely half-filled. On this occasion, I arrived just three minutes before lunchtime and was informed that some items wouldn’t be ready in time. I thought it was later than it actually was and didn’t mind waiting a few extra minutes. I mentioned this, and the staff seemed accommodating, so I waited for about five minutes before repeating my order. However, I was then told that it would still take at least 30 minutes for everything to be ready. At that point, I suspected the manager intervened in our conversation when I tried to express that I was fine waiting and would consider something else. Suddenly, he became rude and accused me of not understanding how a kitchen operates and the time things take. I realize that bad days can happen in any establishment, especially when there are staff shortages. However, I believe it’s unreasonable for them to complain about their situation rather than acknowledging their shortcomings. This approach won't win them any customers back. I hope their day gets better.
The Taco Bell in Montevallo needs significant improvement. During my last two orders placed through the app, there were issues with the orders being incorrect. Items were missing, and some wrong items were included. Out of the seven items in today's order, four were incorrect. I do not recommend this Taco Bell location.
Dreadful service and mumbling that lay in the kitchen, all the time I was there. eating was not bad, but I'm afraid it wasn't hygienic.
I 've never had a decent experience with this location. I 've tried many times to order black beans with my meal, and I always receive some excuse as to why they can 't do it. They 've told me We don 't serve black beans after 11pm . Today I went by after work, at 10:20pm. They asked if I wanted chicken and black beans because of my order modifications, and I said yes, that is correct. 1 minute later the cashier comes back telling me they don 't have black beans. Laziness is the reason why they didn 't have black beans, im sure. I dont usually leave reviews, but I 'm tired of having problems this restaurant. Its 1 of 2 options available for food after 10pm, and I regret going there every time. New employees might solve the problem. Huevos putos
