Cenone di fine anno: tutto perfetto! Il locale è molto suggestivo, si cena fra grandi botti, serviti da personale gentile e solerte. La cucina è raffinata e gustosa: tutto il menù preparato era concepito per deliziare sia con carne che con pesce. Notevoli gli antipasti, gambero su zucca e carciofo fritto su topinambur, eccezionali i primi, ravioli con stracotto e risotto con zucca caffè ed erborinato. Buonissimo tutto il resto. Perfetti anche per le richieste fatte per i nostri ragazzi. Superconsigliato

Ristorante/location per eventi collocato all 'interno di un suggestivo palazzo storico. Nelle serate estive il suo cortile interno, arredato in modo rustico ed illuminato con piccole luci diffuse si trasforma in un luogo di magica convivialità. Dopo un ' entrèe decisamente non esaltante, a base di una zucchina acidula aromatizzata alla menta il sipario si apre su un ricco nonché squisito primo piatto a base di orecchiette fatte in case con una vellutata crema di zucchine e pomodorini confit. A seguire delle interessanti bombette di carne ripiene di caciocavallo e pancetta con crema di pecorino e delle morbide melenzane condite con salsa 'teriyaki '. Accattivante ma non convincente sia in termini di eccesso di zucchero che di consistenza del biscotto la millefoglie con crema alle pesche. Servizio presente. Prezzi nella media.

Posizione molto speciale con una camera perimetrale coperta di enormi barili che danno un senso di calore e piacevole accoglienza. i piatti proposti sono molto oca e evidenziano una particolare attenzione alla qualità e all'estetica. eccellente e varie anche le proposte della loro cantina attenzione alle regole anti-Covid. Personale giovane, gentile e professionale. prezzi non a buon mercato: 4 antipasti, 4 primi, 1 secondo e 3 dolci, oltre ad una bottiglia di vino da € 28,00 e coca cola e acqua, circa € 50,00 p.p Tuttavia, sono disposti a spendere perché sono soddisfatti. Do not miss that this is a hidden gem. the location is magical; she almost feels like entering another world. we went to dinner in a cold and rainy night, and as we hall in the glorious vault, with the huge old weinfässern. it was a manifestation. not only that, it was well heated. Drive on the Monteroni-Lecce road they quite do not realize that a restaurand is hidden on the road. all they see is an old tufo (the local building) cave. as soon as they arrive, the scenario changes, and they are carved into a surprising piece of old industrial architecture, with walls directly into the soft sandstone. the atmosphere is of great suggestion, especially when they dinate in free; Unfortunately, cook is not on the same level.
