Subway - Monterey

This is the underground press center in monterey california. I usually go to the subway and put my favorite sandwich tuna. I observe the help in the creation of my sandwiches, they have put only 4 half creatures thunfisch in my order. I ordered a 12-inch sandwich. I will never buy a sandwich at this place again.

I was in town for work and wanted a sandwich for lunch.Went in and had the pleasure of being served by Nercida.She greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was correct.Kuddo's to the owner for hiring and having such a great employee.Will be back when I'm in town.

This server I think her name is Olivia, has worked there for several years. Every time she helps me, she has trouble with the rewards card. I usually want to add my rewards, then pay eith my credit card. She always has trouble with it. She needs more training please.

After waiting for quite awhile there was finally only one lady in front of me in a long lunch line and the cashier lady switched up our sandwiches while we paid. I'd be too late back to work to go get a new one. I've dealt with the cashier there before she seems new but it's been awhile. I feel bad for the other lady making the sandwiches she was awesome and knew what she was doing but couldn't handle doing everything with the long lunch line. I don't think the younger cashier lady can hack and I'm mad I paid almost 10 bucks/gas for nothing.

Jonny is the best subway worker ever he makes the best sandwiches and his customer service is excellent! Will be coming back !
