La Bania Mexican American Rest.

This family-owned Mexican restaurant has been my favorite for years. The food is exceptional, and the atmosphere is always fun and welcoming. We love bringing all our friends and family here to enjoy an authentic meal when they come to visit. We absolutely adore La Bahia!

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious and the service is excellent. I can’t wait to return!

The birria was tasty, but the Bahia burrito could use a better balance of ingredients, as it was mostly filled with rice and beans. Also, don't forget to bring cash since there's a $5 fee for credit or Apple Pay.

We’ve truly enjoyed finding La Bahia! My husband is a big fan of the Surf Turf Bowl, while I absolutely adore the Bahia Bowl. Trust us, everything here is delicious. The waitstaff is fantastic and they remember their regulars (and we’ve become regulars!). It’s the ideal spot for a tasty and fulfilling meal without the formal atmosphere. We often stop by after playing golf by the ocean before heading home. Give it a try—you won't be disappointed!

Really good Mexican food their tacos are so tasty. It's one of the best birria places in Monterey County. Next time, I'll try their michelada porque se miran muy buenos!
