Jack In The Box - Monterey

The lady who took our order was extremely rude and disrespectful. Order took for ever. There was a guy who pulled behind us and they left because everyone ignored him. Then my breakfast wasn’t even what I ordered. And she charged me for the more expensive item! When my husband asked for a fork so he could eat she basically started cussing us out in a different language. With the amount of complaints this place has the manage/owner should either retrain or hire new.

There was a sweet old lady she was very gentle and nice very hardworker

Finally back to the 24hr schedule we need in this area.

I give the rating based on our personal experience. On Christmas day when all restaurants were either not operated or closed by about 9 PM we could find food for our dinner here as it remained open throughout the night. Thanks for saving us from starving.

This place used to be good. Now it's all about attitude when something isn't right. Won't go back for a long time.
