Hull's Hideaway - Monterey

We visited this place during the Maple festival. They were extremely busy. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious! I recommend the fried chicken sandwich. Everyone at our table said their food was delicious: cheeseburgers, fries and the trout platter. Most of the pictures on the wall were crooked and I really wanted to fix that. ?

Food was terrible, took forever to come out (we were the only people in there), 1 of our party had to wait another 5 mins for their burger which was cold and tasteless. Servicer was nice but not attentive at all.

Amazing find!!! Took my family here for a late lunch/ early dinner.Greeted by smiling faces and warm atmosphere.The restaurant is SUPER clean!!! We ordered Philly cheese steak sandwiches and onions rings, 10/10 absolutely recommend! Word of advice come hungry, portions are filling. Definitely got our money’s worth.Our server was absolutely adorable, she was so friendly and attentive! We’d go back just to have her!Great place, thank you!!

If this cute little town has another restaurant, go there! I have to say, we were taken aback by the mess this place was. It looked like hoarders lived there. There were personal items all over the place. Nothing had been cleaned and many of their menu items were not in stock. The oven/broiler wasn’t functioning so our hot sandwich couldn’t be heated. The wait staff was very friendly, otherwise we would have left.

Ordered the taco salad. Excellent choice. Once I was half eating it, a bunch of fellow bikers, friends for ever did order the same. So my guess is as good as yours. Nice town at the bottom of Allegheny Mtd. On Road 250.
