Chipotle Mexican Grill - Monterey

Nice clean. take them time to enter this box/exit, as it is only out, I think.

I’ve been here two different times and let me tell you both times were a big mistake. Usually chipotle is good but it seems like every time I go to this location they slap my bowl together. Two thumbs down

One of my favorites: service is fast, efficient, and friendly.

The quality of the food and service is the same as other stores and is good enough. The only downside I encountered when I last visited this store was that most of the staff didn't smile and they all seemed tired right before peak time for dinner.

Horrible experience ever at a chipotle. their avacado is oxidised and black on the outer surface, rice is dry abd not cooked well and the lady serving barely put half spoon sofritas and when asked to put a bit more, she said extra sofritas and again put half spoon and charged 3.5 dollars. WORST PART IS SOFRITAS WAS ALL WATER AND TOFU CHUNKS FLOATING. please do not visit this location that is being managed so poorly. you xan find another location close by but not this one.To add to this we visited on a sunday afternoon rush hour 1pm .. guac cannot be oxidised and rice is really dry and not cooked well...
