Among the best restaurants in Madrid we've discovered in 2022 (although it has already been open for several years). Bipolar serves creative dishes with a notable Asian influence, yet firmly grounded in Spanish cuisine. The torreznos are out of this world: slowly cooked and thus really soft inside, but crunchy outside, rounded off perfectly with a touch of lime.
