Da Corrado - MONTEFIASCONE

Few dishes, simple, but divided between meat and fish (both lake and sea). We start from the raw materials of good quality and well prepared. Finally a risotto with a fisherman without cream or milk or similar pe makes 'cream . Fresh and well cooked calamari. Sea pond idem. Friendly staff. My wife and I stayed here with a couple of friends and our one-year-old boy. Important note: in the summer of crazy receipts, costs for shared dishes, more expensive cake cuts, etc, from Corrado did not want to put into account the white dough for our son, saying that they were only 50 grams. But with service, dish to wash, oil and Parmesan. Not even the cost of an extra cover. Very good: it is not obligatory, but it is a really appreciated attention. Thank you, too. Recommended!
