Booked with SmartBox. I was traveling with a friend who didn't sleep in that hotel, before leaving by calling the hotel we had made sure that my friend (couple and children) could, by paying, eat at the hotel's outdoor restaurant. The hotel had confirmed to us (also in written form via email) the possibility of doing so, so we had booked. Upon arrival at the hotel, not only did they deny all the agreements, preventing my friends from coming to the restaurant, but they also teased us with absurd and out of place answers. At the reception they had absolute inflexibility, even in the face of the written test and in any case the mix-up caused... but that didn't matter.

Highly not recommended!!! Old rooms (on the website it talks about renovated rooms), on the menu it was only possible to choose between 2 first courses and 2 second courses (I have never seen such a small and poor menu), water at 3 euros per bottle... To forget Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Booked with Smartbox, from 2 to 4 January 2024, staff always friendly and helpful, the room clean and with always clean towels. The breakfast is fantastic, ranging from sweet to savory, with fruit and various drinks. The location is top! Highly recommended. How did we arrive not even good morning €10 parking €8 breakfast dirty and very old rooms they weren't friendly at all and there's no mention of meeting the customer. Hotel in an excellent location, very kind staff, welcoming environment.
